What’s the name of my Royal Doulton Figurine?

Help!! I have inherited what i think is possibly a Limited Edition Royal Doulton Figurine that i would like to research. Byt not know the title of the piece i am unable to find any info on the net using a breif description…..Maybe someone out there is an expert…. it stands 6/7 Inches Tall is a male figure dressed in blue robe and wearing a red skull cap that completely covers his head and is cut around his ears. Anyone know what it’s called it’s driving me nuts….:)
